DSTV poor service

I signed up for DSTV pricelock with a 400gig DATA plan. Yesterday they installed my new explora ultra but no one has called me in regards to my data. They can listen to the recording the agent clearly said someone is going to call me. I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving from DSTV. I have been a loyal customer for years. I have 2 subscription. Please ask your agent to call me and stay on the call instead of them calling and when saying hello drop the call.
