Dstv poor service

I have a faulty decoder which is the second decoder I have bought in the period of 1 year, when I went to the DSTV centre in Somerset West to get it fixed at 12:45, a very rude Kurt Oliver Dampies refused to let me in and told me they are closed whereas the internet says you close at 1 on Saturdays and so does the door sign.
