Dstv poor service

Last week I complained about dstv services here on hellopeter. I received a call from dstv on Saturday. I had a geyser burst at my house and a plumber from the insurance was at my place inspecting the incident. I was with dstv on the phone and asked them to call me back within about 15 minutes. I waited for the call when the plumber was gone but didn't receive any call back. I received a call from dstv yesterday but the phone went off. I did inform dstv that my one cell number keeps cutting the calls and I provided an additional number. I never received a call back. Dstv I'm really getting annoyed now by your service. Please provide me with a copy of the recording as requested before. My number is ***
