Dstv poor service

I called dstv to enquire about the status of my pricelock application. I was listening to the horrible gingle for more than an hour without any assistance I ended up just hanging up. In the interim I got a notification for a debit order going off my account without any service rendered to me. This is the highest order of poor service and day light *******
