DSTV POOR POOR SERVICE!!!

If I could give a rating in the minus I really would , As per my previous complaint , the matter was resolved . I asked the question as to why my Husband has been declined for the new price lock that is cheaper than what we currently paid. My husband was then called and said that he now has been approved. That the new Explorer will be delivered within a week . That was end November 21 we still waiting. We decided to call this morning to find out what is going on just to be told we were app**** for the second time and as per their routine they will escalate it and then nothing comes of it... I throw my hands up in the air really!!! Can someone please sort it out!!!
