Dstv poor poor service

Hi have been struggling to get my DSTV bill sorted. I took out a 2year price lock deal which expired inJuly 2019 and signed again for another 2 year deal @R899 witn an extra view. My current bill is sitting at around about R4000. They just kept on telling me that my account will be fixed well guest what nobody is calling me back but want me to rate there service. Why do i have to go to this extent to have this sorted. I m in urgent need of service please.
