DStv poor IT service

Being a premium subscriber DStv is unable to sort out my Showmax access. Been to their offices in N1 city no joy, I had to subscribe to Showmax to enjoy a channel I should be getting for free. I demand a refund and my Showmax access sorted. I even had a new decoder compatible to Showmax installed that’s how loyal I am to your company. But only time will tell if I remain loyal. My family cinema seems to be my choice of entertainment very soon. Await your most favourable response
