Dstv poor disgusting service! DON'T GET DSTV

So i received a reward, one month free upgrade from billing date. I paid a day before. Its now 15 days later and my upgrade is no longer on effect. Keep in mind, before my reward even expired i recy another upgrade should I pay before January 15th. That means two months on a higher package, provided you pay before set date. So I get in touch with dstv via Facebook, verifying my account only to be asked proof of reward. This after giving verification to access account. So i do one better i send a screenshot of my dstv product package that shows I'm on the package i paid for (reward upgrade). Im appalled by DStv service that drooped so low, no wonder so many customers are turning satellite off. I'll be next in line should fibre be available. I so hate this service! I truly do
