DSTV Poor Customer service

Hi I have contacted DSTV 3 times since last week to enquire as to why Suidooster has been removed from Catch up. They have promised to respond within 24/48 hours. they have promised to call back.Still waiting for the call back.POOR Customer service.#SupportLocal
