DSTV POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Today 28.01.2020 I went to walk in center in Port Elizabeth after 22 calls to DSTV helpline and at least 40 code resets and HD formatting and on there request as my decoder was faulty they said and after a DSTV accredited installer also came to look which cost me R400-00, on arrival at walk in center we stood for almost 2 hours in the que as there were no staff and those there were not there as they were just wondering around like lost ****s in a perfume factory, once i eventually got to a gentleman it looked like he was not in the mood to work, i explained that 40 resets were done and HD was formatted, and that the agent at call center and the accredited installer informed me decoder is stuffed and I needed to have it tested again and then they would swap it, this guy told me the HDMI cable was faulty to which I rep**** I dont use a HDMI cable but a coaxial cable one to Unicable port and one to RF OUT port as i needed 9V power which comes from RF OUT port for my Sky Eye to control my remote, he proceeded with trying to clear error codes and formatting HD, eventually he started wiping the card with menthalated spirits which didn't help, he said they dont have spare or replacement cards or a loan unit and that I must call back on *** in a weeks time, this is pathetic as I am the customer paying for premium contract since DSTV started, so I must pay for a service which I am not able to watch because they did not check if there cards are finished, this is the worst service I and many other clients had at this walk in center in Port Elizabeth, Newton Park, DSTV must pull up there socks they need to get there staff trained up and get them to understand we pay there salaries, #DSTVSUCKS #DSTVNORESPECT #DSTV*******
