DSTV - Poor Customer service

While I accept that costs escalate, what I cannot accept is that services just disappear. It is really unacceptable!!

The apps are my biggest concern.

1. Suddenly the weather disappears. This was a very handy service. 2. On the sports app that I use all the time, the top news has disappeared. Why? Also, there is no longer a support desk for these queries. Really poor service!!!!
