Dstv poor customer service
Poor customer service, I am on price lock but they decided to not to give me a discount as agreed, very frustrated with this

19 Jul 2023, 21:08I'm still not happy with the service received as I have been calling since Monday and it seems no one knows the answers, I think also the price lock thing is a **** as it not what it seems. No one can explain why I will be paying R778, for compact subscription and now my extra view has not been working for 3days and I'm told to get a installer to fix it, how is that possible when dstv created the mess, now I must pay for something I'm using, catch up deleted and Playlist not working due to their incompetence call center. Price lock is a ****, be warned
