DSTV Polokwane Mall of the North

Three months ago, February 2026, we tried to change the banking details from my account to that of my wife. We did so via mobile phone. No luck. Then my wife went to the DSTV shop in Mall of the north (Polokwane) – she tried again to change the banking details. That was in March. Still no success. Again she went to DSTV Mall of the North. That was in April. Still no luck. I do not now why this has not been done. Is it so difficult to do?
