DSTV please tell me how to cancel DSTV
Yesterday 1 October I subscribed to DSTV to watch channel 150 - Woordfees (1 - 7 October). I failed to access it on Compact plus. After attempt four of "chatting" I abandoned the idea of getting assistance to access the channel. After two further attempts to chat, asking how to cancel the contract, I was informed to cancel my subscription on the self-service platform and go to "My products". I could see my product but no cancel or discontinue icon. Please, DSTV, tell me how to cancel and be refunded?
