DSTV: Please keep your promises☹️☹️☹️

During March/April I responded and accepted a DStv promotional offer to upgrade from Compact to Compact Plus and DStv would "boost" me to the premium package after 3 months.

3rd month came and passed and still the boost didn't happen, I'm now on month number 5. I have made tens of calls (***)to the call centre but nobody seems to know how to resolve this.
