DSTV platforms non functional

The DSTV phone line does not function. When it aske for my account number and / or E mail address it tells me they are incorrect, yet I've been an account holder for more that 30 years. The self help website does not work. Whenever I make a selection, it just hangs. I tried the chat line and after 4 attempts with the line crashing in mid conversation I have given up. I asked for a call back and was told there is no way that this can be done. When I called yet again I tried the sales extension which seems to work. I was the told that I MUST E Mail DSTV with my issues. I find this lack of customer service totally unacceptable. so far this has cost me about 20mins in airtime and three hours of my time, with no acceptable result.
