DSTV pethetic

I cannot stream DSTV on my TV. Account is up to date and decoder is working. I phoned the call center. The person said that they have this problem with a lot of clients. I would like to do catch up on streaming, but can not. I said that why must I pay for a service I don't get. I asked that she activate catsup on my decoder while they are fixing their mess. She said that she cannot do that and will escalate the problem, but cannot give me an time frame of when somebody will call me or do anything about this issue. In the meanwhile I pay for a service I dont get.
