DSTV penalized me for reconnection fee after I paid on due date

The due date of my DSTV is on the 30th of each month , I made an EFT payment on the 30th November and sent the proof of payment same day on the 30th to *** . The following morning on the 1st of December around 9am my dstv got disconnected . I phoned DSTV customer call center they told me they received payment and they reconnected me . To my surprise when I check the amount to be paid for on the 30th December they have added the R50 reconnection fee . When I call them they say they can't withdraw the reconnection fee because TymeBank payment didn't reflect on the 30th of November it only appeared on their system on the 1st of December 2023. I'm so disappointed I think I'm on my last days of DSTV this feels like a daylight ******* . Getting disconnected while you paid on due date , with penalties added too .
