DSTV penalized me for reconnection fee after I paid a day before due date

The due date of my DSTV is on the 1st of each month , I made a payment on the 30th of September 2025 and they logged it on their website . The following morning on the 1st of October 2025 around 00:00 my dstv got disconnected . I texted DSTV on their social media platforms and on their website, and they said they'll look into it. To my surprise when I check the amount to be paid for on the 1st of October 2025 they have added the R261 reconnection fee . When I told them they said they can't withdraw the reconnection fee because the payment didn't reflect on the 30th of September it only appeared on their system on the 1st of October 2025. I'm so disappointed I think I'm on my last days of DSTV this feels like a daylight ******* . Getting disconnected while you paid a day before the due date , with penalties added too .
