DStv payments links not working offline!!!

Been trying to pay my DStv since yesterday since my payment is due! DStv is offline and their links for payments are not working! I reported this to them yesterday and gave me numerous likes that are blank and not working! They also gave me a alternative bank account which I did make payment and it bounced!!! I know DStv is doing this purposely as they want to charge me for Areas for late payment!!! So that I can pay more money!!! They have started again with their ways of ****ming people to paying more!!!
