DSTV payments for non-active account.

I called the call center to find out why I am billed for Showmax from my banking account, and also billed on my DSTV account billing. DSTV referred me to Showmax. Showmax indicated that I am paying DSTV Showmax account that is not active, and DSTV is billing me for a non-active account for the past 4 months. I have recordings and screenshots from Showmax, as I have been going up and down.
