Dstv payment query
I have paid R738.00 to dstv via EFT. I unfortunately I have entered one digital wrong. I have sent proof of payment from bank. They reconnected my service one week then I was told I am owing. It has been a nightmare everytime I call the call centre. When I check my balance on the voice recorder it's balance is zero, I have send an email to the dstv complaints. No emails no call and yet my money is with dstv. I hope and wish Hello Peter can assist me with the query.
