Dstv payment pathetic

I now decided to pay dstv via multi choice more convenient. But in the process my account gets cut, when I call one person tells me its a capitec account, and then I must pay earlier as my account absa. When I wait a day I call again as it's still cut they tell me it's absa and they can't find my payment but on my banking app it shows, I send proof, they re open my account 2 days later they cut it again.
