Dstv payment not allocated to my account. Call Centre no help

Terrible is an understatement. Worse company by far. Paid my DSTV on the 3rd of June 2024 via the DSTV app. 5th of June 2024 my dstv got switched off for none paymemt.

I phoned in and was asked to supply them with supporting documents. I've emailed them Bankstatements, proof of payments and a receipt that I received from the DSTV app. They have acknowledged that they received the documents and see the payment and have escalated the matter to the center finance department. All this was confirmed by the 6th of June 2024.

After that my Dstv got switched off every 4th day and I'll phone they would switch it back on and they would apologize and say that they will look into the matter and get my payment allocated to my account.

Today is the 9th of June. I've probably made more then 20 phone calls to DSTV they would drop the call place me on hold for more then half and hours. They even put me through to cancelations because I demanded help immediately. As I'm typing this review I'm currently on the phone with dstv for another half and hour.

I keep on receiving they same email from them but no updates.

On Friday the 5th of July 2024 I was promised that the money has been allocated to my account and my account should reflect right on the Monday 8 of July 2024. My account has not been updated and they keep on charging me additional ammounts on my account when they reconnect my Dstv, but they cannot fix my account and now expect me to pay the additional charges.

I've been phoning getting no assistance Been emailing getting no assistance Went to a multi choice branch still getting no assistance.. At this point I do not know what to do anymore
