DSTV payment Amount
My dstv was disconnected due to non payment, I paid R600 on the 25th and was reconnected, I received an sms that I must pay R227.12 before the 5th what is that for ?I spoke to to a gentleman by the name of Marvin and he said I should have paid on the 5th not before, so I should have stayed with no entertainment till the 5th and why was my payment not rejected then, I know my package is not R827 why must I pay so much?Plz fix this dstv

I refer to our telephonic conversation. On behalf of MultiChoice, I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the negative experience that you had with our customer service agent, Marvin. We do our best to train each of our representatives on how to properly handle our customers’ issues, including how to escalate problems that they are unable to assist with.
Your concern was not handled properly, and we are going to take steps to ensure that this situation does not repeat itself.
We have reconciled the account and changed the payment date to the 25th of every month. Which means the only outstanding balance is only R39,41. System was showing an additional balance of R227.12, as your payment date was still the 5th of every month. The account will not be suspended.
