DSTV pathetic services. I paid my account just to have

Good morning, it's been a month ago that i posted my complaint. My account was paid up , but my service was suspended and call centre agents was unwilling to help until i posted it here. Well i paid my R299.00 package on the 1st of June 2020 and yesterday my service has been disconnected again. No response on the enquiry i sent yesterday morning. The people should put DSTV out of business. I think they're rolling the dice to detrrmine" who are we're going to rob today!
