Dstv pathetic service . Need opposition

I have spend more than an hour a day on multiple occasions . They have defaulted and the service I get to rectify THEIR problem is pathetic from the call center. They threw the phone down in my ear after I complained after been put on hold on numerous occasions for up to 20 minutes at a time . I am now gonna see if I can complain via newspapers and also on all possible customer care forums as this should stop. As long as they have a monupoly this will carry on and customer care is non existent .

They can't care less as there is no opposition for them
