Dstv Pathetic service link to Showmax
About a month ago I logged a complaint regarding Showmax not linking to my DSTV account Miraculously they fixed it within a day. Now again...new month...now I am unable to view shows on Showmax What has changed and will I now have to log a new complaint every month to get service that I am paying for? Pathetic Please fix for once and for all

Pathetic Please fix for once and for all - this is the complaint I logged 4 Feb, I received one response telling me what to do, which I did, but still I am unable to watch. This is now my 5th message asking someone at DSTV to do their job and assist me, you are pathetic If I don't pay my account I get cut off, what repercussions are there for you if you don't do what you are supposed to????!!!! Please add Showmax to my DSTV bill and let me know once done - this is so unacceptable - but did not expect anything else from such a big company as DSTV
