Dstv pathetic service

I have never had a pleasant experience calling the dstv call Centre. I called this evening saying money was deducted but the account is still not active. Only to be told it's a public holiday. Spoke to Rushan Kohen, PE For 37 minutes and to be placed 30 minutes on hold and not being assisted. I requested to speak to the manager and she says the manager is to busy. I asked for a complaint department email she says she don't know. Is this how people is trained to work in a call Centre. All the dstv agents are pathetic they have no customer centricity. Have no clue what they doing. This is the manager name Simamkele vika. I need you to call me *** or email ***
