DSTV PATHETIC SERVICE

My DSTV services was suspended 6 times during April. Twice during May. I sent Bankstatements and also proof of payment. I was left with a cellphone bill of R1500.00 because it takes forever for them to sort out anything. I am really so sick of them cutting my service when I proved that I am actually in advance. They have NO CLUE what they are doing
