DSTV - PATHETIC SERVICE
I took out insurance on my decorder when i activated my package with Multichoice. I now have a problem with my decoder and took it to a multichoice agent in Midrand JHB, only for them to tell me that there is a 3 month waiting period on all \technical"faults and should i need a new decoder immediately that i will have to pay in an amount of R380. I was never told of the supposed \""waiting period\"" by the agent who activated my account at the end of May.

I am not willing to pay almost R400 for a new decoder and I have insurance on it"
