DSTV - Pathetic service

- disconnection without notice - *********** agents, poor service - **** that service was reconnected - called callcentre 3x and received 3 different stories about different email addresses to send proof of payment - their mailbox was full - unable to resolve issue - i was kept holding for more than 1 hour
