DSTV pathetic service

Recently took advantage of a price lock special to replace my old SD PVR extra view with an Explorer. Recommendation - don't do it!! After one week of at least 20 calls, endless holding on, plenty of dropped calls and multiple escalations and complaints, I still do not have my service connected..... AND NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME WITH THE SOLUTION. Can't wait for a viable alternative to dstv, when it comes I'm cancelling.
