Dstv pathetic customer service

Dstv customer service is pathetic. Each and every week I need to call back for very same issue. I need to pay monthly but my dstv gets switched off every week.

Agents advise that they will call back with feedback and that they will follow but to date still nothing.

I need to wait for agents on average for 20min.

How much times does one call back for the same issue without becoming frustrated. Imagine calling every week for same error message that appears on screen and the error is at dstv because after a click of a button it works. Mind you that click of that button happens after I have waited on the line for forever.

Can someone please assist me. I am fed up of this pathetic customer service.
