DSTV - Pathetic Company ever to deal with!!

3rd time to rate them on Hello Peter just to get a quick response. Cannot believe that a company even has a Hello Peter department handling all the Hello Peter queries!! This should say something!! As DSTV only react when you write a bad response about them. Terrible terrible customer service ever. 3 months trying to sort out a query - where they are deducting R699 pm and because of the poor response and feedback from them - it just keeps on going. After numerous calls, emails, and fights nothing has happened, and have to repeat yourself one million times for someone to understand something as easy as - "We have cancelled our contract in 2022 - yet why do you still deduct our money?" Absa cannot cancel this transaction because of the clever way DSTV operates!! Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic!!
