DStv Pathetic

Please can someone reconnect me? Since yesterday I have spoken to numerous agents who have been useless. They tell me they're gonna speak to their manager and then drop the phone. And even promise a call back. But nothing. Even to now. 15 min after my 50th call. DStv disconnected me yesterday after they wanted payment on the 15th. When everyone has admitted that my payment date is the 31st of each month. Pathetic service and I've lost my patience.
