Dstv.... pathetic

I have been a premier customer for 10 years +. Today for the 1st time, my debit order was returned and my service accordingly disconnected. I am informed by the call center that under no circumstance can the service be reconnected without the full payment. Dstv have not offered any form of support, any reduced premiums (for hugely reduced content) or any assistance during the global pandemic. I am both shocked and disappointed by this attitude. Dstv, you are pathetic. Maybe this is the nudge I needed to terminate our relationship and switch to the many other options available via streaming. You suck.
