DSTV Pathetic

Just phoned DSTV customer services, I enquired about the pending loss of 12 channels of which I watch about 50% of them. My request was if you are reducing my viewing what reduction in my subscription can I expect? Reply: no reduction your subscription remains the same. I then asked to speak to a more senior person, Call was dropped after 30 seconds... Any suggestions for an alternative to DSTV
