DSTV OWES ME A REFUND AND EXPLANATION ON MY HUGE DEBIT!
So i downgraded my plan from the full package and when i downgraded, it went back to my normal package R872 which went through in November .This month i was debited for R1011.00. I DID NOT UPGRADE. I want my money refunded!!! I am a pensioner and this is absolutely ridiculous! NO WARNING OR COMMUNICATION!!! My name is ****ha dass
