DSTV OVERCHARGING!! REQUIRED TO MAKE R950 PAYMENT FOR DSTV COMPACT!

I'm on DSTV compact paying 514 for two decoders. I last watched an paid for my services in December 2021, Jan I didn't use the services and I was reconnected. Now I'm trying to reconnect and I'm charged R950, R300 which I apparently owe to them because I watched without being charged, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE, THE PACKAGE ALWAYS GETS DISCONNECTED IF I DIDNT PAY. DSTV is overcharging people!!!! I will not pay R950 for DSTV COMPACT!!!
