DSTV overcharging me

According to DSTV firstly they said that I'm owing 629 for the package of 319+23 rand and I paid 380 on the 5 September and they change the story and was for two decoder which I only use one decoder they are owing last month I paid 529 and change a story again and said cant reconnect me because I owe 284 for late payment which is 5September according to them is late payment and the they charge me the amount closer to the package I'm paying every month its crazy.

I want to find out can the so called late payment charge this much to blocked me from watching the TV
