DSTV Overcharging

Since the increase in March 2024 my debit order was R825.00 every month.

All of a sudden on the 2nd October 2024 my debit order was suddenly R1 005.00 with no explanation.

I contacted DSTV and I cannot get a straight answer from them, they increased my Compact Plus subscription from R549 to R619.00 even though the Compact Plus price is R549.00, my access fee was increased from R110.00 to R120.00 and the list goes on.

Your increases was in May 2024, why am I being charged another increase. You are overcharging me on the Compact Plus subscription price which should be R549.00.

No communication is provided, you just take money as you feel? How is this correct?
