Dstv overcharging and not keeping to their promise.

Hello Peter. My billing is usually R749. Last month my billing was R1079.13. I was over charged in September due to a upgrade problem on their side. I was contacted and said I only have to pay this month R313.13. My debit went of for R636.80. So once again I've been over charged and they did not keep to their required amount that they said I had to pay. I feel they playing with my finances.
