DSTV overcharging!!!!!!!!!
DSTV why did my balance increase????! I upgraded to compact plus charged subscription fee of 270,paid 400 meaning I should have a credit balance towards my next payment, but it increases whereas it should be less!!!!!!!!! Plz correct this. Even your watsup no or call centre not assisting

11 Apr 2020, 10:49Also I have previously upgraded and no fees where charged?? Why are you overcharging during lockdown. Almost 300 subscription fee why???? Refund me my money if it's not going to be credited towards my balance!!!!!!!!!!!! ????????????????????????
