DSTV Overcharges customers

Firstly I must relate to articles which are surrounding the web regarding DSTV overcharging their customers.

I have called them 3 times already and each time I hear a different story. The one which really tooK me by surprise was that I took a loan from the Price Lock department. How on earth does on do that .....

In September I was overcharged by an amount of R434.97, I have the R749 price lock package and have always been paying this amount until last month. I don't usually go through my bank statement but just last week I did so & noticed I was overcharged. DSTV needs to apologize to all their customers whom they have overcharged and inconvenienced financially. Also they need to ensure that we get our full refund before the next debit.
