DSTV overcharged me R1153
Good day
I am very disappointed and disheartened with DSTV service. I used the DSTV whatsapp to down grade from Premium to DSTV compact plus package and received confirmation on downgrade on the 1st of November 2013, on DSTv whatsapp message( Is still haveproof of confirmation).
I was about to pay December 2023 bill when I realized a huge bill of R1153. I called DSTV customer line and the call center agent confirmed that my account was on Premium package on the 29th December 2023. Why is DSTV ****ming me????
