DSTV overcharge customers for the Price Lock Service!

Multichoice promised that they resolved the issue that I raised on the 3rd September where they over charged me (Deducted R922 instead of R799), they promised to refund me what was erroneously deducted. I didn't get a clear answer on why I'm beeing over charged! What I know is that they are charging me installation payment fee, subscription fee, access fees, price lock fees! Customer care said they will escalate my matter to Price Lock. Now they deducted even more this month R1050.66 instead of the expected R799 plus R35 for box office. Please give me a reason not to cancel this subscription when it ends!
