DSTV Overcharge

Dear DStv Customer Service,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding multiple issues with my DStv account that remain unresolved.

I was recently overcharged a ridiculous amount of R1800 on my account ***2 without any explanation or breakdown of the additional amount. I have not subscribed to any extra services or made any changes to my package that would justify this.

Despite raising the issue, I have not yet received a refund for the overcharged amount. I expect this to be addressed immediately.

To my dismay, upon querying my account, I noticed that an additional unexplained amount has been added as owed for the upcoming month. This is unacceptable, especially when the initial issue has yet to be resolved.
