DSTV overbilling again

Today when I reconnected my holiday home viewing I was shocked to see my account balance owing is R1776.35. I contacted DSTV via their Facebook page. I was informed that R757.35 was for the premium package on my holiday viewing account. This is impossible as I was at the holiday home only a couple of days and made sure the package was disconnected when I left. The agent told me that it is for the time period 28-11-2020 to 27-12-2020! Absolute *******. The package was disconnected when I left in November and when I arrived was still off. I literally switched on the package today the 20th of December. (According to the dates above given my DSTV it should have been on). This is also not the 1st time it has happened but the 3rd time. It comes down to theft from DSTV and no wonder they are losing clients by the thousands.
