DStv overbill
I’ve had price lock paying R499 for a compact subscription , the subscription ended in February 2023.To my surprise my bill increased to R610 (March),R639(April) I am still on the Compact subscription .I’ve called them and the consultant said that they’re over billing me andshe escalated the matter and it would be resolved . But when I check my bill on Wattsapp the amount due is still R639. Please help this
